• Worked end-to-end across procurement, strategic sourcing and supplier development for steel and specialised internals used in process equipment manufacturing.
• Negotiated on cost while holding the quality and delivery windows that fabrication schedules depend on.
• Studied sustainability-driven practice in supply chain and manufacturing operations, and how it changes sourcing decisions.

Project: Improvement in Project Flow Process Leading to Purchase Order — Mapped and optimised the Procure-to-Pay cycle, cutting friction between engineering release and purchase order issue. The work targeted the handoffs where accuracy and cost control usually leak.

Project: Global Market Study for Penetration in New Countries — Researched demand for process equipment across oil & gas, power, energy and hydrogen sectors in target geographies. The findings fed directly into international sales and expansion strategy.

Ran the floor for ice cream cone manufacturing — raw material intake through to finished, sleeved product — with daily output and quality targets that did not move.

• Supervised production, operations, supply chain and quality control across the full manufacturing line.
• Managed the production workforce day to day against output and quality targets.
• Learned where theoretical process control meets a real line running at speed with real people on it.

Founded and scaled a music festival in Gujarat through the hardest possible years to run live events. Five editions, 700+ attendees, and a core team that now runs it without me.

• Founded the festival in November 2020 — during pandemic restrictions on gatherings — and built it into a recurring event.
• Organised and hosted five editions, drawing over 700 attendees despite capacity and safety constraints.
• Led administration and operations across pre-event, live-event and post-event phases: venue, vendors, artists, ticketing, crew.
• Recruited and built the organising team, then stepped back into a mentorship and advisory role so the festival could outlast its founder.

A community platform for cycling enthusiasts across India — endurance rides, races and bikepacking events, run for riders rather than for sponsors.

• Built a pan-India community platform for cycling enthusiasts, active since 2018.

• Grew through word of mouth among riders rather than paid reach — the community is the product.
